Lunch and Learn Cancellation Policy To ensure the smooth operation of our Lunch and Learn events and to accommodate all interested participants, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy: Advance Notice: If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Notification Method: Please cancel your registration by emailing bethholland@rollingacreswellness.com or by calling 706-705-9519 No-Show Policy: Participants who do not cancel in advance and fail to attend the event will be marked as a no-show. Late Cancellations: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, late cancellations (within 48 hours of the event) should be communicated as soon as possible through the provided contact methods. Event Changes or Cancellations: In the rare event of changes or cancellation of the Lunch and Learn by the organizers, registered participants will be notified immediately through the contact information provided at registration.
