Join me on a 6 week metabolic reset where we will take a deeper dive into what a nutritious Whole Foods diet looks, how to support your major organs and focus on gut health by removing common food triggers causing many of our symptoms and our health to steadily decline. We will focus on calming the body's inflammation through our diet and lifestyle. You will learn how to support a healthy lifestyle through healthy habits, taking time for yourself and focusing on restorative movement. Weekly sessions will take place through a supportive and nurturing group format. Groups provide a safe, supportive experience through accountability, bonding over similar issues, symptoms and a fun way to celebrate our success along the way!
